GPS Did Not Load Properly

We understand a reliable GPS is an important part of delivering great service to our customers, and that a slow load time or freezing map can result in a frustrating experience.

The Google Maps app may have difficulty loading for a few reasons:

• Low cellular data coverage in the area

• Location services are turned off

If you’ve experienced this issue, we recommend you turn your location services on for your device and the Google/Skipcart applications.

If you continue to experience the same issues, you can let us know by contacting customer support using the Skipcart in-app chat. You can do this by logging into your Skipcart app and selecting the chat icon located at the bottom of your device’s screen. We are always looking to improve, so your feedback is always taken into consideration.
