The customers address is wrong, can I change the delivery location?

You are allowed to change the delivery location if the address is wrong in the app. Please follow these steps when delivering to a different address than the one displayed in the app. 


  • 1) Call or text the customer to get the correct address. 
  • 2) Please let Skipcart support know, using the orange chat button, that the address is wrong and you have communicated to the customer and are headed to the correct location for delivery. 
  • 3) Complete the delivery
