Understanding Your Earnings on the Skipcart App

This step-by-step guide will help you understand everything about your earnings. Please contact us if you have additional questions about your compensation.

1. Offer Card

The first screen you see when you receive a delivery request is the offer card. This card displays the total earnings for the delivery, which includes base pay, tips, and bonuses specific to the order.

Note: Promotions are not included in this initial amount. They will be added to your end-of-delivery, daily, or weekly earnings summaries, depending on the promotion type.

2. End-of-Delivery Summary

After each delivery, you'll be presented with a Compensation Summary. This includes:

  • Base Pay: Base pay for each delivery.

  • Tips: The tips given by the customer. 100% of tips given by the customer go directly to you.

  • Bonuses: Extra earnings for certain deliveries.

  • Promotions: Any promotional earnings achieved by the delivery.

Note: Not all promotional amounts will be shown after each delivery. Some are only included in the daily or weekly summary.

This is also a great opportunity to share your delivery experience. We value our drivers’ feedback, and your responses directly help us improve the delivery experience.

3. Eligible Promotions

The home screen displays all current promotions in the "Promotions" section, provided they are available in your area. Simply tap on a specific promotion to participate.

Note: You can only participate in one promotion at a time.

4. Earnings Summary

You can view your total earnings by clicking on your profile picture and selecting “Daily Earnings.”


For a detailed earnings view, simply tap on a specific day to see a comprehensive breakdown for each completed delivery.

Note: Promotions associated with delivery milestones may not be reflected in the end-of-delivery summary and are contingent on whether you have successfully met completion criteria. For example, a “Deliver five orders and earn an extra $20” promotion will not appear until a driver has successfully completed five orders.


You might see different fees such as cancellation fees or return fees for some deliveries. These amounts are categorized as delivery fees or base pay in the overall summary.
