Skipcart Pay Model

At Skipcart we know that our drivers have delivery choices. Because we value and respect our relationship with you, our driver, we’ve designed an equitable, steady, and transparent compensation model for every delivery you fulfill. Here’s how we guarantee you receive the compensation you deserve:

Base pay + Promotions and Bonuses + Tips = Total Earning

Base pay varies based on:

· Duration

· Distance

· Time

Promotions and Bonuses are incentives for drivers based on:
· Delivery milestones

· Peak delivery times

· Delivering Special orders

Tips: You keep 100% of your tips The total of base pay, promotions, bonuses, and tips

Total Earning: The total of base pay, promotions, bonuses, and tips

Base Pay

Your base pay is the guaranteed amount you will earn for each completed delivery. This amount is calculated based on factors like driving distance, delivery duration, and/or time of day.

We understand that unusual things can happen, sometime things go wrong (which could include a delivery not being completed). In such instances, we might offer additional or different compensation benefits like excessive wait time fees, order cancellation fees, and so on. Depending on the particular situation and if you are not at fault for the delivery failure, these may either be added to or replace the base payment amount shown on the offer card. [If you fail to complete a delivery because of your circumstances, you will not be paid.]

Promotions and Bonuses

You can also unlock extra earnings during our promotional periods. Examples include:

· Rush Hour Promotions: Earn extra pay during peak delivery times.

· Delivery Milestones: Unlock additional earnings for completing a specific number of deliveries within a specified timeframe.

· Order Specific Bonuses: Receive special bonuses for selected orders.

These promotions and bonuses are added on top of your base pay, giving you more ways to boost your income.

Tips

We transfer 100% of your customer tips directly to you.
