A Delivery is Missing from my Earnings Screen

After completing a delivery your earnings will be reflected in your Earnings Report as shown below. You are able to track the number of deliveries and the breakdown of the earnings by the day. You will also be able to view the order details, including mileage for each delivery. The Daily Pay Balance is NOT reflective of earnings made in the same day. Earnings made from deliveries are available for Daly Pay the following day.

If you believe that a delivery is missing from your earnings, please contact Skipcart Support as soon as possible by clicking on the chat bubble in the top left corner of your app (Next to your profile picture)

All complaints of a delivery not posting to your Driver Dashboard must be submitted within 10 days of the trip being completed.
